To access our offerings, you must complete the registration process and submit all applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Fees and Charges

All fees are due at enrollment or at the time of order submission. InsightRiseLab accepts major credit cards and other authorized payment methods. Full details are provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Development Courses

Requests for refunds may be submitted up to 14 days before the course start date. After that period, no refunds will be granted. You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed using the original fee submission method within 5 business days.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no digital files have been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted or files are opened, no refund requests will be honored. For refund inquiries, reach out via Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

5.3 Goods (Merchandise)

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. 6. Cancellation and Transfers

You may cancel or transfer most services up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days prior may incur a cancellation fee. Transfers are subject to availability.

7. No-Refund Services

One-on-one coaching sessions and custom consulting engagements are final upon scheduling and provision of preparatory materials. No refunds or transfers are offered given the tailored nature of these services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, and digital products are the sole property of InsightRiseLab. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

InsightRiseLab and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising out of your participation or use of materials. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you under these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
